How to File a Grievance
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Grievance - [Your Order/Issue Number]"
- Include the following details:
- Your full name and contact information
- Order number (if applicable)
- Detailed description of the grievance
- Supporting documents or screenshots
- Expected resolution
- You will receive an acknowledgment within 48 hours
Resolution Timeline
- Acknowledgment: Within 48 hours of receiving the grievance
- Investigation: 7-15 business days
- Resolution: Within 1 month from the date of receipt
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the Grievance Officer, you may escalate the matter to:

- Online Consumer Complaint Portal: consumerhelpline.gov.in
- Consumer Forum/Commission as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019
